Precision Carbide Wire flattening machine.

The new M60 120 represents the very latest rolling technology, combining the highest levels of precision and production volumes. Developed specifically to cater for the requirements of wire flattening applications, the M60 120 extends the range of OAM precision finishing machines.

Constructed with the latest developments in materials technology to provide a precise and robust cylinder frame, employing Tungsten Carbide working surfaces supported within rolling cages to provide the lowest levels of rolling tolerance available. The 30mm wide Tungsten Carbide rolling surfaces are integrated to 120mm diameter high tensile steel cylinders.

Lubrication of the machine is guaranteed by way of a fully automated closed circuit oil circulation system, whilst a second open circuit provides water circulation to maintain a controlled temperature in the rolling process.

The motorized recoiling and wire collection unit and the wire delivery and feed mechanisms are automatically tensioned with intelligent feedback loops integrated to the machines Speed Control systems, providing a flexible and variable “hands free” operation of the machine from 0 to 60m/min.
