M Series Complete Range of Breaking down machinery for volume production environments

Developed to complement OAM’s wide range of precision and ultra high precision finishing machines, the new M series is focused to both Strip and Wire breaking down applications in volume production environments.

The M Series provides a full and complete range of Breaking down machinery, each being individually configured to provide the most effective solution for the specific application:

• Range of working table formats from 130mm to 220mm for strip, and from 240mm up to 350mm for wire breaking down applications.
• Optional coiling units.
• Alternative mechanisms for adjusting the working cylinder position, providing for either precise or rapid location. Fine or Coarse adjustment.
• Automated material tensioning, and machine cut of in the event of material breakage.
• Separate Oil lubrication circuit for working material available optionally.

Automated open circuit oil lubrication circuits are incorporated to maintain and guarantee the rolling heads and all critical components, providing for the highest levels of finished product quality and an extended life cycle of the machinery.

All machines supplied with

• CEI EN 60204-1 Compliant, Standard

Standard cylinders to a hardness of 62-64 Hrc (Deviation less than 0.1μm), with Mirror Polished, or Chromed cylinders providing for enhanced rolling results available on request.
