M175 Versatile Production Volume Wire Rolling mill, configurable also for Strip production

The new M175 represents a versatile and configurable machine, intended for medium and high scale production facilities. Ideally suited for Wire production, OAM’s approach of providing machinery with a flexible construction strategy, it can also be configured for strip only, or wire & strip combinations.

Wire, or Strip and Wire formats are provided with a coiling unit including automated wire tensioning, and machine cut of in the event of material breakage.

Automated open circuit oil lubrication circuits are incorporated to maintain and guarantee the rolling heads and all critical components, providing for the highest levels of finished product quality and an extended life cycle of the machinery.

• CEI EN 60204-1 Compliant, Standard

All Machines with wire forming heads are provided with operator selectable twin speed control.

Cylinders hardness: 62-64 Hrc (Deviation less than 0.1μm)

Wire Coiling unit provided as standard with automated tension control. User working lamp provided.

Profiled Roulettes available as a further option.
