The Filly 140/160 is a highly flexible machine, configurable for both wire and strip production, with a choice of 140mm and 160mm working tables.

• Model LF: Wire and Strip Combination machines are available with both 140mm and 160mm working tables, for both heads.
• Model TL: All Strip Machine Supplied with a 160mm table for breaking down, and a 160mm table for finishing, fitted with Mirror Finished Cylinders.
• Model TF: All Wire Machine, available only in a 160mm working table format, with a single wire coiling unit provided as standard.

The Filly 140/160 has been developed specifically to satisfy the exacting demands of production workshops. An integrated closed circuit lubrication system automatically maintains oil circulation through the machine.

Wire-wire machines have a single fixed speed, whilst versions with strip heads are provided with a selectable two speed control. All versions are available with the optional OVC for precision velocity control, for those applications requiring the highest levels of product finish.

Standard cylinders to a hardness of 62-64 Hrc (Deviation less than 0.1μm), with Mirror Polished, Chromed, or Tungsten Carbide cylinders providing for optimum rolling results available on request.

Side Roulettes with formed profiles available as a further option.
