OAM Hand Laminating Machines

Complete Range of both Dedicated and Combination Hand Rolling Machines for wire and strip.

OAM Hand Laminating machines, provide the most flexible and versatile range of equipment available, offering numerous choices of rolling forms and sizes, with features such as fast roller change over, gearbox reduction and a series of modular mounting columns.


Ideal for use in all environments from research and educational, to small scale production and specialised craftsment, and is available as pre mounted twin head units for medium scale production requirements.

General Characteristics.


Machine Configuration

As standard the Cylinders are constructed from special alloy steel with a hardness to 62-64 Hrc, and a surface finish deviation to less than 0.1μm.

Side Roulettes with formed / engraved profiles are available optionally.

Available with or without gearbox reduction.

Column mounting system available for single machines, and double headed configuration.

Wide range of standard formats, with special formats available on request. Standard formats include

  • Wire Only
  • Strip Only
  • Wire and Strip 50 / 50 combinations
  • Strip with square and half round

Duplex Production Machines

OAM's purpose made Duplex support is available to mount dual hand laminators.

Standard versions provide separate heads for both Strip and Wire production.

Supplied as either 100mm or 120mm working formats, with reduction system for strip production.



Accessories

Purpose made mounting columns are available for each of the Hand Laminators series.

An optional base plate provides for free standing operation with increased robustness.
