OAM mill for Breaking Down & Finishing of Wire and Strip

The M120 rolling mill is ideally placed as an introduction to the extensive range of OAM free standing machines, and provides a highly flexible solution for both breaking down or finishing of Wire and Strip forms.

Developed specifically to cater for the needs of small and medium scale production workshops, the M120 contains an integrated self lubrication system automatically maintaining a permanent circulation of oil through the machine.

Constructed using the latest technologies to provide a robust structure, Cast Iron support frames house a manually geared roller positioning system coupled with special high wear resistant bronze supports. As standard the working Cylinders are constructed from special alloy steel with a hardness to 62-64 Hrc. (Surface deviation to less than 0.1μm).

The standard M120 is provided with selectable forward & reverse direction control, with the optional OVC system providing variable speed control for those applications requiring enhanced levels of precision.

Available also with Mirror Polished or Chromed finished cylinders providing greater levels of surface finish for optimum rolling results.
