Tetra TT120 Quad Roller Mill for Ultra High precision Strip Finishing
The new Tetra TT120 combines the four high rolling system with the very latest machine control technology to provide an Ultra High Precision Strip Finishing machine, based around OAM's unique and proven system of rolling using Four Specially Hardened cylinders.

All the above machines have been developed using the latest technologies and manufacturing techniques to maximise the long term robustness and provide the highest levels of product quality available with this type of machinery.
Electric machines are provided as standard with user selectable forward & reverse direction control, with OAM’s Optional Velocity Control (OVC) available as a further option to provide variable control for applications requiring enhanced levels precision.

As standard the working Cylinders are constructed from special alloy steel with Mirror finished, or Chromed finished available as further options, with Tungsten Carbide cylinders also available for the Filly product and M60 120 products.
